Ranieri Law LLC will always maintain control over the confidentiality of client information. Ranieri Law LLC will not share client information with any outside organization unless we have been authorized by the client, or are required to do so by law.

Further, Ranieri Law LLC will not rent, lease, sell or in anyway share client information to any outside organization or individual. Ranieri Law LLC will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service too our clients; this includes advising our clients about our services and administering our business.

Ranieri Law LLC will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of client information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to Ranieri Law LLC’s disciplinary procedures. Ranieri Law LLC may hire other organizations to provide support services. When this happens Ranieri Law LLC will require them to conform to policy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance. Ranieri Law LLC will continuously assess procedures to ensure that customer privacy is respected. Ranieri Law LLC will conduct business in a manner that fulfills this policy.
